Dungeon Floor Rubble
Dense rubble adds 5 to the dc of balance and tumble checks and it adds 2 to the dc of move silently checks.
Dungeon floor rubble. Finished and sometimes even polished smooth floors are found only in dungeons with capable and careful builders. These 1 square and 1 4 thick tiles can be used for dungeon floors combat arenas planet surfaces and many outdoor settings. Simple elegant and great way to get players to a higher floor in the dungeon. It costs 2 squares of movement to enter a square with dense rubble.
The players must put the appropriate amount of weight one end of the scale so a party member can be lifted to the next level and drop down a rope for the rest. These can be arranged in a grid for easy character movement or randomized using the smaller pieces for a fairly seamless floor. It may also be where all those pesky undead keep coming from. The ground is covered with debris of all sizes.
